We are well-known for our attention to detail, knowledge of interior design trends, efficiency, and our dedicated staff.

What we do is so much more than placing furniture or picking the right paint colour. It’s using real estate knowledge, extraordinary expertise and objectivity to stage homes that sell. When it comes to our downsizing services, we are transparent and show the utmost care, as we know this stage in life is not always the easiest.

Meet Our Team!

OWNER & STAGER / INTERIOR REDESIGNER

Dana Sullivan

Dana has come from a long line of entrepreneurs and began her own entrepreneurial journey in 2017 when she launched Dana Sullivan Designs. Despite starting off with just one box of accessories that she stored at her home and $0 in the business account, Dana forged ahead knowing she had something special that leveraged her passion for real estate and eye for interior decorating. Today, Dana has an over 5,000 square foot warehouse and is well known in the community for her home staging, interior decorating and residential transition services. She works closely with real estate agents, sellers and individuals/families looking to downsize or manage estates. Dana also owns real estate in Ontario, New Brunswick and Mexico, which has helped her to better understand the needs of her clients and the ever-changing home-staging & design landscape.

In her spare time, Dana loves to ride her bike, garden and plans to start an animal sterilization program in a small town in Mexico where she vacations and owns property.

RESIDENTIAL TRANSITION SPECIALIST

Jen

Jen has been a part of Dana Sullivan Designs since its inception in 2017. In the beginning, she did all things staging. Now, as our certified Residential Transition Specialist, you can find her assisting seniors with downsizing as well as keeping our warehouse organized and running smoothly. She plays a monumental role in supporting the staging aspect of the business as well. When Jen is not juggling her many hats with Dana Sullivan Designs, she enjoys spending time with her kids and dogs, at the beach, or tending to her garden.

ADMINISTRATOR

Sarah

Sarah’s business, On Point Freelance Services, began working with the Dana Sullivan Designs team by providing remote administrative support in 2022 following her move to the Brighton area. When Sarah is not assisting clients, managing the schedule, or balancing the books, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, or summers by the pool.

OCCUPIED STAGING CONSULTANT

Ashley

Ashley became a part of the Dana Sullivan Designs team in 2021 as a certified colour consultant and home stager. After some time, she transitioned to managing her family business at Accent Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing, while still providing consulting services to the team. When not spending time making sure your home looks great, Ashley can be found spending time with her young kids and her fur baby Gunner.

HOME STAGER

Vanessa

Vanessa joined Dana Sullivan Designs in 2023 as a certified Home Stager after relocating to the Quinte West area when her husband was stationed at CFB Trenton. Before joining the team, Vanessa worked for a staging company in Toronto. Vanessa also uses her design eye with her company, The Wreath Coach, where she specializes in designing seasonal planters, garden design, and maintenance.
